What we collect
LoanLens collects only the information you explicitly provide: your name, email address, and the financial figures you enter into simulations (income, expenses, loan amounts). We do not collect your bank account details, PAN, Aadhaar, credit score, or any government-issued identification.
How we use your data
Your financial profile and simulation data are used solely to power your simulations and display results to you. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising, profiling, or any third-party purposes.
Data storage
Saved simulations are stored securely on our servers (Neon PostgreSQL, hosted in the US). Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Free users' unsaved session data is never persisted. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support.
Third-party services
We use Razorpay for payment processing (they handle all card/UPI data; we never see your payment credentials), Resend for transactional emails, and Google OAuth for optional sign-in. Each of these services has their own privacy policy.
