Use of the service
LoanLens is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the platform or its outputs without written permission. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Subscriptions and payments
Pro Monthly and Pro Annual subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Lifetime plans are one-time purchases with no recurring charges. All payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store payment card details.
Refunds
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Contact us at support@loanlens.co.in with your order details.
Limitation of liability
LoanLens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on outputs from this tool. See our Disclaimer for full details.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
